Online Content Submissions

The Hastings Law Journal is accepting submissions for its Online Content for Issue 66 (2014-2015).

Voir Dire

To encourage greater dialogue on topics of interest, the Hastings Law Journal is now accepting submissions for Voir Dire. This online extension of the Journal features responses to our print articles. Submissions should be 3,000 words or fewer, lightly footnoted in comparison to traditional Articles, and citations should conform to the 19th Edition of the Bluebook. Please send Voir Dire submissions in Microsoft Word format to hljvoirdire@hastingslawjournal.org. Accepted responses will be posted on a rolling basis and will be permanently published on this site in PDF format.

Case Notes

Each semester, Hastings Law Journal publishes case notes on recent prominent U.S. Supreme Court opinions. Submissions are currently being accepted for Issue 66 (2014-2015), and should be in the form of a brief (1,500-2,500 words) analysis of a prominent U.S. Supreme Court opinion released during the Court’s 2013 Term. Please send case note submissions in Microsoft Word format to technology@hastingslawjournal.org.
